12th June 2007 - SB to play main stage at Basingstoke Live Festival!....
Space Bikini have been chosen by 2-TEN FM, along with 3 other unsigned acts, to play on the main stage at Basingstoke Live Festival.
The festival comprises of three venues over two days, featuring a variety of music. Happening on 7th and 8th July, it'll be a weekend of music for every taste featuring local and national artists across the town. 2-TEN FM are taking the stage in War Memorial Park on the Saturday evening, with the four winners of their 'band search' culminating with the one and only Chesney Hawkes. Should be fun, and it's FREE so be be sure to pop along! Space Bikini will take to the stage around 8pm.

New material....
As speculated in the last 'latest' (if that makes sense), Space Bikini have been locked in a room writing new material. Progress has been swift and with a bit of luck some of this material will be played at live events (featuring Space Bikini of course) over the summer.
